摘要: 随着人们对健康经济的重视,电动按摩器具作为一种集合了机械、电子、信息技术及传感器等技术于一体的产物,越来越频繁地出现在平常百姓的家用电器中。电动按摩椅作为电动按摩器具中的典型代表,在近几年得到了广泛的使用。本文基于电动按摩椅性能需求,选取符合要求的直流有刷电机并设计相应的驱动电路,实现了直流有刷电机的正反转及速度控制功能。经测试,满足现有电动按摩椅性能需求,可进一步移植到现有电动按摩椅中使用。

Abstract: As people become more concerned about healthy economy, electric massage appliances, as a product that integrates machinery, electronics, information technology and sensors, are becoming more common ordinary people’s household appliances. Electric massage chairs as a typical example of electric massage appliances, have been widely used in recent years. Based on the performance requirements of the electric massage chair, this article selects the DC brush motor that meets the requirements and designs the corresponding drive circuit to realize the forward and reverse rotation and speed control functions of the DC brush motor. It meets the performance requirements of the existing electric massage chair after testing, and can be transplanted to the existing electric massage chair for use.
