蒸汽洗技术对不同材质面料性能影响研究

摘要: 针对用户对服装清新除味、快速除皱等功能的需求,洗衣机洗涤技术的更新迭代不断升级,蒸汽洗技术应运而生。研究蒸汽洗技术对不同材质(棉、粘胶、涤纶、涤/棉混纺)面料洗护性能的影响。结果表明,即穿、即熨、即存模式下蒸汽洗过程对各类面料耐磨性影响较小。蒸汽洗模式下对四种面料的除味效果优异。此外,蒸汽洗过程中不同的转速下,面料的除皱效果不同,褶皱等级差均大于2.5。转速对棉织物除皱效果影响不明显,低转速有利于涤纶织物除皱,而高转速有利于粘胶和涤棉织物除皱。

Abstract: In view of the user's demand for the functions of clothing freshness, deodorization and rapid wrinkle removal, the renewal iteration of washing technology of washing machine is constantly upgraded, and steam washing technology came into being. Studies the effect of steam washing technology on the washing performance of different materials (cotton, viscose, polyester, polyester/cotton blend). The results show that the steam washing process has little effect on the wear resistance of all kinds of fabrics under the mode of wear, ironing and storage. The steam washing mode has excellent deodorization effect on the four fabrics. In addition, the wrinkle removal effect of fabrics is different at different speeds during steam washing, and the wrinkle grade difference is greater than 2.5. The effect of rotational speed on cotton fabric wrinkle removal is not obvious. Low rotational speed is conducive to polyester fabric wrinkle removal, while high rotational speed is conducive to viscose and polyester cotton fabric wrinkle removal.
