制冰机落冰流道降噪分析与设计

摘要: 制冰机作为高端冰箱产品中一种常见的功能件,可以满足用户在家庭中制冰的需求。然而,制冰机在使用过程中其落冰流道普遍存在噪声过大的问题,会严重影响用户的听感体验。针对上述制冰机落冰流道存在的噪声问题,借助仿真软件对冰块在原始与改进两种不同形状流道内的下落过程进行动力学仿真研究,改进流道的结构,提出降噪改善方案。最后,制作流道样件验证其实际降噪效果,为后续解决类似问题提供工程指导。

Abstract: Ice maker is a common functional part of the premium refrigerator product, it can meet the needs of users in ice making at home. However, the excessive noise from the ice block flow channel is a common problem during ice making, seriously affects the user’s sense of hearing. It aims at the noise problem from the flow channel in ice maker, conducts dynamics simulation studies on the process of ice blocks fall in the original and improved flow channels of different shapes with the help of simulation software, improves the structure of original flow channel, proposes the noise reduction improvement method. Last, makes samples of the flow channels and verifies their practical noise reduction effects, provides the engineering guidance for solving the similar noise problem.
