相变材料在家用冰箱中的应用与研究进展

Application and research progress of phase change materials in domestic refrigerators

摘要: 节能减排背景下,家用冰箱的节能设计与优化成为热点。综述了国内外关于相变材料在家用冰箱中节能增效应用的相关研究进展,描述了相变材料在蒸发器、间室、冷凝器等关键部件应用的优缺点,并探讨了将相变材料实际应用在冰箱产品中的可行性。研究表明,相变材料的使用可以降低冰箱能耗,改善性能。但在实际应用中需要考虑相变材料对制冷系统的综合影响,如对压缩机工作频率影响、对制冷剂压力影响及不同工况下对能耗的影响等。提出从评价体系、用户研究和技术配套三个方面的努力能够加快实现相变材料在家用冰箱的市场化应用进程。

Abstract: Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction, the energy-saving design and optimization of household refrigerators have become a hot spot. The progress of energy saving and efficiency increase researches on employing phase change materials in household refrigerator was reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of the application of phase change materials in key components such as the evaporator, the compartment, and the condenser were described. The feasibility of mass production of domestic refrigerator used phase change materials was also discussed. The study has shown that the use of phase change materials can reduce energy consumption and improve performance. However, in practical application, the comprehensive impact of phase change materials on the refrigeration system should be considered, such as on the working frequency of the compressor, on the refrigerant pressure, and on energy consumption under different working conditions. It was proposed that the evaluation system, user research and supporting technology can accelerate the market application process of phase change materials in domestic refrigerators.
