空调达温停机技术研究分析

摘要: 用户在使用空调过程中,往往会出现室内温度达到了设定温度,样机仍然运行,导致用户感觉不舒适。是什么原因会影响空调达温停机?为研究这个问题,使用户体验良好,对达温停机进行试验分析研究。经过对比试验,分析了降频速度及时间、频率屏蔽控制防波动时间以及漏热情况对达温停机的影响。结果表明:在设置了用户想要的温度条件下,改变低频停留点频率可有效缩短到达最低频的时间,避免环境达温后因为样机反应时间长导致持续有热量输出使用户感觉不舒服,加速达温停机的反应时间。

Abstract: In the process of using air conditioning, users often feel uncomfortable when the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature and the prototype still runs. What is the reason that will affect the shutdown of the air conditioner when it reaches the temperature? In order to study this problem and make users experience well, it makes an experimental analysis and research on reaching temperature shutdown. Through comparative tests, the effects of frequency reduction speed and time, frequency shielding control anti fluctuation time and heat leakage on reaching temperature shutdown are analyzed. The results show that under the condition of setting the temperature desired by the user, changing the low-frequency residence point frequency can effectively shorten the time to reach the lowest frequency, avoid the continuous heat output caused by the long reaction time of the prototype after the environment reaches the temperature, make the user feel uncomfortable and accelerate the response time of reaching the temperature and shutdown.
