摘要: 为研究吸油烟机对燃气灶热效率的影响,通过实验数据分析得出吸油烟机使用时燃气灶热效率随着风量的增大呈降低趋势,烟气中CO含量略有上升,但变化不大。随着吸油烟机安装高度降低,对燃气灶性能影响越大。同时利用CFX对燃气灶周围空气流速及热量分布进行仿真分析,结果表明吸油烟机运行时减弱了燃气灶高温烟气与烹饪器具之间的对流换热。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of range hood on the thermal efficiency of domestic gas stove. Through the analysis of experimental data, it's concluded that the thermal efficiency of domestic gas stove decreases with the increase of airflow, and the CO content in flue gas increases slightly, but the change is not significant. With the decrease of the installation height of range hood, the greater impact on the performance of domestic gas stove. CFX is used to simulate the air velocity and heat distribution around the gas stove. The results show that the convection heat transfer between the high-temperature flue gas of the domestic gas stove and the cooking utensils is weakened.
