基于CFD的吸油烟机安装位置研究

摘要: 为研究油烟机与锅灶的相对距离对油烟捕集率的影响,使用计算流体动力学——CFD方法,建立了某型号油烟机整机CFD多组分模型,并通过发烟试验验证了该CFD模型的可靠性。基于该CFD仿真模型,计算分析了某型号吸油烟机在不同的水平、垂直安装位置时的油烟捕集率。计算结果表明,油烟捕集率随油烟机水平安装距离的增大而明显降低,但油烟机的垂直安装距离对油烟捕集率的影响较小。研究结果可对吸油烟机产品的售后安装起到规范和指导作用。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of the relative distance between the range hood and the cooker on the oil fume capture rate, a CFD multi-component model of a range hood is established by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and the reliability of the CFD simulation model is verified by smoke emissions experiment. Based on the model, the oil fume capture rate of a range hood at different horizontal and vertical installation positions is calculated and analyzed. The calculation results show that the capture rate decreases obviously with the increase of the horizontal installation distance of the range hood, but the vertical installation distance has little effect on the capture rate. The results can be used to standardize and guide the after-sales installation of range hood products.
