摘要: 从吸油烟机的气动噪声产生原理出发,介绍气动噪声的产生原因及仿真判断办法。总结了目前吸油烟机开发过程中,吸油烟机主要的噪声来源,以及如何通过有限元方法判断噪声来源。计算机仿真判断噪声问题在产品开发的前期可以规避很多设计缺陷,减少了反复打样试制的时间成本和资金成本。所总结内容为后续吸油烟机的开发及噪声问题的解决提供了可借鉴的方法,为吸油烟机开发人员提供解决噪声问题的思路。

Abstract: Starts from the principle of aerodynamic noise generation of range hoods, introduces the main causes of aerodynamic noise and the main solutions. The article summarizes the main noise sources of range hoods in the development process of range hoods, and how to judge the noise sources by finite element method. Computer simulation to judge the noise problem can avoid many design defects in the early stage of product development, reducing the time cost and capital cost of repeated proofing and trial production. The content summarized in the article provides a reference method for the subsequent development of range hoods and the solution of noise problems, it also provides ideas for solving noise problems for range hood developers.
