冰箱用圆管和扁管内置冷凝器换热分析

Analysis of the heat transfer performance of the circular tube and flat tube condenser in refrigerator

摘要: 家用冰箱使用的内藏式冷凝器一直以圆管管型为主,近年来扁管冷凝器因其很好的换热特性得到初步应用。为了研究圆管和扁管冷凝器的性能差异,利用仿真分析的方法,对不同工况、泡层厚度下的换热性能进行研究。结果表明:在相同制冷剂温度下,采用扁管式冷凝器时,外侧钢板的平均温度比圆管高0.2℃,外侧换热量可提高1.27%左右,总体换热量提高1.14%,扁管冷凝器箱体的换热效果优于圆管冷凝器。

Abstract: The built-in condenser used in household refrigerators has always been mainly circular tube type. In recent years, flat tube condenser has been preliminarily applied because of its good heat transfer characteristics. In order to study the performance difference between circular tube condenser and flat tube condenser, the heat transfer performance under different working conditions and foam thickness is studied by simulation analysis method. The results show that contrast to the circular tube, the average temperature of the outer steel plate is 0.2℃ higher, the outer heat flux of the steel plate can be increased by about 1.27%, and the overall heat exchange of condenser can be increased by 1.14% using flat tube under the same refrigerant temperature. The heat transfer effect of flat tube condenser is better than that of circular tube condenser.
