变频冰箱谐波电流的抑制方案研究

Research on harmonic current suppression scheme of frequency conversion refrigerator

摘要: 针对当前存在的变频冰箱依据国标测试合格,但依据最新的IEC电磁兼容标准测试可能出现的谐波电流试验结果不合格的问题,提出了一种对变频冰箱加装功率因数校正电路以抑制谐波的方法。分析了国标和最新IEC电磁兼容标准关于变频冰箱谐波电流试验的差异,并通过对变频冰箱谐波测试的试验数据验证了方案的可行性。试验结果表明,接入功率因数校正电路可以减小变频冰箱谐波电流值,提升功率因数,有效抑制谐波。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the frequency conversion refrigerator is qualified according to the national standard test, but the harmonic current test result may not be qualified according to the latest IEC electromagnetic compatibility standard test, puts forward a method of installing power factor correction circuit to the frequency conversion refrigerator to suppress the harmonic. Analyzes the difference between the national standard and the latest IEC electromagnetic compatibility standard on frequency conversion refrigerator harmonic current test, and verifies the feasibility of the scheme through the test data of frequency conversion refrigerator harmonic test. The experimental results show that the power factor correction circuit can reduce the harmonic current value, improve the power factor and suppress the harmonic effectively.
