摘要: 泡沫尺寸变形率是影响门体变形问题的重要因素。研究了以模温、保温、时间为例的多维度工艺过程参数杂糅变化时对泡沫尺寸变形率影响规律的评估模型。该模型具有定性评价各种体系形成的聚氨酯泡沫尺寸变形率的合格性和变化趋势的能力,并对定性评估的能力进行了可靠性验证。

Abstract: The dimensional deformation rate of foam is an important factor for affecting the deformation of the refrigerator door. Taking mold temperature, heat preservation and time as examples, the evaluation model for the influence of the multi-dimensional process parameters on the foam size deformation rate was studied. The model has the ability to qualitatively evaluate the eligibility and change trend of the dimensional deformation rate of polyurethane foam formed by various systems, and the reliability of the qualitative evaluation ability was verified.
