一种空气净化器可靠性的研制方法

A reliability test method for air treatment system

摘要: 目前空气净化器行业在可靠性验证方面没有统一的技术规范,常用可靠性科学理论未有效地应用于产品开发,部分企业未根据实际的使用环境和习惯制定可靠性研制的方法。然而,空气净化器产品的设计可靠性将影响企业在保修期内的维护成本,也影响用户在使用过程中的体验。通过借鉴高可靠性行业的经验,采用哈尔伯格-佩克方程,基于用户实际使用环境和习惯,开发一种适用于空气净化器产品研发阶段的加速可靠性试验方法。通过实验室测试数据以及产品上市后的市场数据比对,该方法得到了验证,可推广至空气净化器行业设计可靠性阶段使用。

Abstract: Recently, air treatment system industry doesn’t have unified technical standard, typical reliability scientific theories do not effectively apply to product development, some companies do not consider the actual used environment and habits. Nevertheless, the reliability of air treatment system in design stage affects the maintenance cost of companies during warranty and the user experience during product life. Providing an accelerated reliability test method for air treatment system in design stage utilizing the experience of high reliability industry, Hallberg-Peck equation as well as the research results of actual users’ environment and habits. This method is verified by the comparison between the laboratory test data and the market data after the product launch, it can be promoted to the design stage of air treatment system industry.
