Abstract: With the popularity of air conditioners, the use of air conditioners by modern people is no longer limited to the cooling and heating effect, but more to the pursuit of healthy air conditioners. With the development of the epidemic in recent years, people have further improved the concept of health, so there are a series of air conditioners with the concept of sterilization. At the same time, with the release of the three child policy by the government and the increase in the birth rate of infants, the frequency of using air conditioners in summer has been further improved. At the same time, due to the imperfect development of infants' respiratory system, they are easy to be infected with bacteria. Therefore, when using air conditioners in summer, there are higher requirements for the treatment of ash deposition and sterilization on the indoor side of air conditioners. They no longer only require refrigeration effects, but more healthy and comfortable air conditioners. Therefore, this paper starts from the fixed frequency air conditioner that has been used most frequently in the past, analyzes the high-temperature sterilization and self-cleaning function of the air conditioner through a series of functional logic verification and test verification, noise experience and other aspects, and tests and verifies all aspects and all working conditions, so as to ensure the reliability of the air conditioner and realize the high-temperature sterilization and self-cleaning function at the same time.
