摘要: 空调系统器件连接、加工质量及管内清洁度对空调的性能及可靠性影响较大,利用工业内窥镜结合金相分析、真空氦检、疲劳技术寿命、制冷量损失等量化测算,发现内部加工缺陷显著降低脉冲试验寿命达84%,内部脏堵等影响空调制冷量达200 W、EER能效比达0.25、总功率损失达58.2%,并进一步制定了空调管道焊接、加工缺陷、油路等堵塞的量化控制标准。

Abstract: The performance and reliability of air-conditioning system are greatly affected by the connection of air-conditioning system components, the processing quality and the cleanliness in the pipe. The quantitative calculation of the performance and reliability of air-conditioning system is carried out by using industrial endoscope combined with metallographic analysis, vacuum helium inspection, fatigue technical life, cooling capacity loss and so on. It is found that the pulse test life is reduced by 84% due to the internal machining defects. The air conditioning cooling capacity is 200 W, EER energy efficiency ratio is 0.25, and the total power loss is 58.2%. The quantitative control standards of air conditioning pipe welding, machining defects, and oil blockage are further formulated.
