空调室外机轴流风叶与导流圈轴向配合尺寸影响研究

Research on influence of axial fit size between axial flow fan blade and guide ring of outdoor unit of air conditioner

摘要: 基于空调室外机提风量、降噪音的设计需求,研究了空调室外机轴流风叶与导流圈轴向配合尺寸的影响。结果表明,随着风叶伸入导流圈距离的增加,风量呈先增后减的趋势,增幅约有16 m3/h,风机功率逐渐降低,但最终趋于稳定,同时风机的噪音逐渐增大。研究表明风叶伸入导流圈70%时,风量增幅达到最高,后续可以根据研究结果对空调产品进行进一步优化,提高产品的竞争力。

Abstract: Based on the design requirement of increasing air volume and reducing noise of outdoor unit of air conditioner, the influence of axial matching size between axial flow blade and guide ring of outdoor unit of air conditioner was studied. The results show that with the increase of the distance of the blade extending into the guide ring, the air volume first increases and then decreases, with an increase of about 16m3/h. the fan power gradually decreases, but finally tends to be stable, and the fan noise gradually increases. The results show that when the blade extends into the guide ring by 70%, the increase of air volume reaches the highest. According to the research results, the air conditioning products can be further optimized to improve the competitiveness of the products.
