摘要: 空调导风驱动机构主要作用是通过步进电机的正反带动传动机构齿条伸缩动作,通过微动开关组件触发信号完成换向,以完成导风的开关及送风作用。在设计前端运用三维公差仿真等分析方法对导风驱动机构进行原理可靠性分析,解决机构在运转中发生的FC故障、异响、抖动等问题,满足质量开发要求。

Abstract: The main function of the air-conditioning air guide driving mechanism is to drive the transmission mechanism rack to expand and contract through the forward and reverse operation of the stepper motor, and to complete the direction change through the trigger signal of the micro switch component to complete the air guide switch and air supply purpose. In the front end of the design, three-dimensional tolerance simulation and other analysis methods were used to analyze the theoretical reliability of the wind guide and drive mechanism, so as to solve the FC fault, abnormal sound, jitter and other problems occurred in the operation of the mechanism, and meet the quality development requirements
