室外机安装平台对房间空调器性能的影响(二)——对空调器实际运行能耗的影响

摘要: 安装平台造成的室外机风量衰减和排风回流将影响空调器的运行性能。本文提出实际应用中的空调器“附加温差法”性能模型,通过在室外温度上附加温差作为室外机的进风温度,进而反映平台对空调器能效的影响。以一台定频空调器为研究对象,利用该模型分别计算了采用三角支架平台、常规百叶窗及优化百叶窗平台时空调器的全年运行能耗,结果表明,与传统三角架安装方式相比,采用常规和优化百叶窗安装平台时其全年能耗分别升高6%~10%和2%~5%。可见,设置百叶窗安装平台必然导致空调器能耗上升,但优化平台的几何结构可缓解其能耗上升程度。

Abstract: The air volume reduction and air recirculation caused by installation platforms affect the operating performance of room air conditioners (RACs). In this paper, the additional temperature difference performance model was proposed in practical applications, which reflects the influence of platforms on energy efficiency of RACs, based on adding a temperature difference to the outdoor temperature. The annual energy consumption of the frequency constant RAC with a triangular bracket platform, a normal louver platform and an optimized louver platform are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the annual energy consumption increased by 6%~10% and 2%~5% respectively when the normal and optimized louver platform are used. Since the louver installation platforms will lead to the extra energy consumption of RACs, the optimization of the geometric structure can alleviate extra energy consumption.
