R32房间空调器高频制冷运行系统特性分析

摘要: 房间空调器两器结构日渐紧凑,同时对制冷能力需求提高,通过分析制冷剂热物性,合理调试并设定制冷系统参数以确保空调器能最大发挥其制冷能力并可靠运行至关重要。从理论及实验分析R32制冷剂房间空调器处于高频输出时系统运行特性随室外侧风量变化情况,风量变化影响系统压力及制冷剂流量变化,外侧风量过大会引起蒸发温度低且过热,蒸发器内部分面积均为过热气体,有效换热面积变小,系统制冷能力下降。在实际制冷系统设计调试时,需要根据室内蒸发器进出口温差合理调节,以达到系统运行最优。

Abstract: The structure of the heat exchanger of the room air conditioner is becoming more and more compact. At the same time, the demand for the refrigeration capacity is increasing. It is very important to ensure that the air conditioner can give full play to its refrigeration capacity and operate reliably by analyzing the thermal properties of the refrigerant, reasonably adjusting and setting the parameters of the refrigeration system. Theoretically and experimentally analyzes the change of system operation characteristics with outdoor air volume when the room air conditioner in R32 refrigerant is at high frequency output. The change of air volume affects the change of system pressure and refrigerant flow. Excessive external air volume causes low evaporation temperature and overheating. Part of the area in the evaporator is superheated gas, the effective heat exchange area becomes smaller, and the refrigeration capacity of the system decreases. In the actual design and commissioning of the refrigeration system, it is necessary to adjust the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the indoor evaporator reasonably to achieve the optimal operation of the system.
