空调室外机拍频噪声分析与改善

摘要: 空调室外机的拍频声听感上表现为声音不连续,周期性忽大忽小,严重影响用户体验。为了降低拍频声,在频谱分析的基础上,发现该拍频声的来源是压缩机4倍频电磁激励和4倍频转动激励产生。进一步的模态测试表明,储液器的固有频率与电磁激励的4倍频比较接近,导致储液器明显放大了该振动。将储液器与压缩机的连接方式由卡箍连接改为焊接,使储液器固有频率避开电磁激励的4倍频,拍频声得到了较好的改善效果。

Abstract: Beat frequency noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit sounds discontinuous, the sound increases and decreases periodically, which negatively affects the users’ experience. In order to reduce the beat frequency noise, on the basis of spectrum analysis, it is found that the source of the noise is the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation and the quadruple frequency of compressor’s rotation work together. Further modal test shows that the natural frequency of reservoir is close to the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation, cause the reservoir amplifies the vibration of compressor. Change the connection mode between reservoir and compressor from clamp connection to welding, keep the natural frequency of reservoir away from the quadruple frequency of compressor’s electromagnetic excitation, the noise has been improved greatly.
