摘要: 为实现冰箱机械室吸音棉的准确选型,提升冰箱整机声品质,以四种不同材质吸音材料为研究对象,通过理论分析及传递损失测试,研究不同材质及厚度对材料吸声系数的影响,同时通过对比分析明确了不同吸音材料在冰箱压缩机高转速工况运行下的吸音性能差异,研究结果为冰箱机械室吸音棉选型提供了真实有效的测试案例,为降低冰箱整机噪音水平提供有效建议。

Abstract: In order to realize the accurate selection of the sound-absorbing cotton in the refrigerator mechanical room, improve the sound quality of the whole machine of the refrigerator, take four different materials as the research object, through theoretical analysis and transmission loss test, study the effect of different materials and thickness on the sound absorption coefficient of the material, and at the same time, through comparative analysis to clarify the difference siphoning performance of different sound-absorbing materials under the high speed operation of the refrigerator compressor, the results of the study provide a real and effective test case for the refrigerator mechanical room sound-absorbing cotton selection, and provide a valid test case for the refrigerator mechanical sound-absorbing cotton selection.
