摘要: 现如今,越来越多的生物试剂需要长时间保存在2℃~8℃的环境下以维持其有效性,不当的存储温度容易导致试剂的失活。而家庭存储的主要失活原因是因为常出现长时间打开冰箱门和频繁的开关门的现象。而TRIZ理论作为工程中常用的一种创新法则,广泛地运用在各行各种中。以TRIZ理论为基础,本研究设计了解决上述问题的解决办法,并制作了相应的设备,发现本方案可以有效防止试剂在不当的温度中存放并且有效延长了开门状态下生物试剂的保鲜时间。证明TRIZ法在家电行业可以拥有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract: :Nowadays, more and more biological reagents need to be stored in an environment of 2℃ to 8℃ for a long time to maintain their effectiveness. Improper storage temperature easily leads to inactivation of the reagents. The main cause for inactivated home storage is that the fridge door often opens over the long haul, forgets to close and frequently opens and closes the door. The TRIZ theory is generally applied to engineering as an innovative rule. Based on the TRIZ theory, a conceptual solution to the above problems was designed, as well as corresponding equipment was made. It was found that it can prevent the reagents from being stored with effect at improper temperatures and effectively extend the time in the open state. This is to certify that the TRIZ method can have wide-ranging application value in the home appliance industry.
