冰箱自锁结构顺畅性及异音研究

摘要: 针对冰箱自锁结构存在的自锁总角度小、自锁不顺畅、自锁可靠性差等问题,对我司某款冰箱铰链自锁结构进行仿真分析,优化了铰链自锁结构推门阶段自锁曲线和自锁过程曲线。经对比分析,改善后的铰链自锁结构在冰箱门体关闭时自锁总角度、最小关门力、最小关门力矩等性能明显变优,自锁顺畅性、关门体验得到显著提升,关门异音得到显著改善。

Abstract: The refrigerator self-locking structures always have lots of problems, such as small locking angle, lacking of smoothness, poor reliability etc. Some optimizations are done on the hinge self-locking curve during the process of pushing and self-locking in this article. By comparison, many key parameters of the new hinge self-locking structure are obviously improved, such as self-locking angle, minimum closing force, minimum closing torque etc. And the closed noise is obviously improved.
