冰箱环境下温度对于光合保鲜效果的影响

摘要: 果蔬在采摘后依然进行着新陈代谢,主要包括营养成分生成代谢和消耗代谢。生成代谢主要有光合作用以及呼吸跃变型水果的后熟过程,而采摘后的果蔬代谢以营养消耗代谢为主。本文以冰箱为载体,通过控制温度变化,研究讨论光合作用对于果蔬采摘后代谢影响。结果发现:储藏温度在8℃时,蔬菜光合作用达到最佳效果。

Abstract: Fruits and vegetables are still metabolizing after picked, mainly includes the metabolism of nutrients formation and consumption. Nutrient formation metabolism include photosynthesis and physiological after-ripening of respiratory variant fruit. Nutrient consumption is the main metabolism of fruits and vegetables after picked. This paper we will study photosynthesis effect on metabolizing of fruits and vegetables, the result is that: when the storage temperature is 8℃, the best preservation effect is achieved.
