冰箱压缩机噪声控制技术综述

摘要: 冰箱压缩机的噪声问题是目前的研究热点,首先介绍了冰箱压缩机噪声产生的机理,可以分为机械噪声、气流噪声和电磁噪声,然后从噪声源和传递路径两方面总结了压缩机的降噪技术和方法,最后展望了冰箱压缩机噪声控制技术的发展趋势,阀板材质、运动副润滑、气流脉动抑制和有源降噪等方向值得深入研究。

关键词: 冰箱压缩机, 机械噪声, 气动噪声, 电磁噪声, 机理与控制

Abstract: Focusing on the noise in refrigerator compressor, the mechanism of noise in refrigerator compressor is introduced, including mechanical noise, aerodynamic noise and electromagnetic noise, then the techniques and methods for noise reduction are summarized from the way to reduce noise source and isolate transfer path. Finally, the future development tendency on noise control technology is prospected, material of valve plate, lubrication of joint clearance, attenuation of gas pulsation, application of active noise control are worthy to be studied deeply.
