摘要: 通过对热涨冷缩异响机理进行分析,得出两个切实有效的整改方案:(1)对底座、中框、左右扫风叶片进行局部结构优化,使其互相配合的接触方式由面与面接触变更为线与面接触,接触面积相比某老壳体减小98%;(2)优化底座部件的打胶工艺,手工施加压力,在底座泡沫破损前,底座不会与底座泡沫发生脱离,要求合格率100%。通过以上两个整改方案,热胀冷缩异响的成品抽测合格率达到100%,有效避免了售后投诉。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the mechanism of abnormal noise caused by thermal expansion, cooling and contraction, two practical and effective modification schemes are obtained: (1) Optimizing the local structure of the base, middle frame and left and right sweeper blades to change the contact mode from surface-to-surface contact to line-to-surface contact, and reducing the contact area by 98% compared with an old shell; (2) Optimizing the bottom, the process of pressing the seat parts and exerting pressure by hand, the base will not be separated from the base foam before the base foam is damaged, and the qualified rate is 100%. Through the above two rectification schemes, the qualified rate of hot expansion and cold contraction products is 100% and the complaint after sale is effectively avoided.
