空调室外机电子元器件散热仿真分析与实验研究

摘要: 为了降低空调室外机电子元器件的温度,运用热分析软件对空调室外机进行温度场模拟。根据元器件所处空间内的温度分布,提出在室外机隔板上增开引风孔的方案,与隔板上不增加引风孔方案相比,新方案提升了气流流动,很好的降低了元器件温度,元器件温度平均降低12.3℃。最后对新方案进行实验验证,结果表明仿真的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract: Aiming at reducing the temperature of the electrical of air conditioner outdoor unit, the thermal analysis software was used to simulate the temperature field for air conditioner outdoor unit. According to the temperature distribution in the space where the electrical was located, a scheme was proposed that the opening was added to the bulkhead of the air conditioner outdoor unit, compared with the bulkhead without opening scheme. The results showed that the new scheme increased the air flow and reduced the temperature of the electrical well, the temperature of the electrical was reduced by 12.3℃ on average. Finally, the new scheme were verified by experiments, the results showed that the simulation was valid and reliable.
