摘要: 通过分析空调器滑动开关门现有智能防夹控制技术的优缺点,找出影响防夹效果和可靠性的关键因素,由此提出基于霍尔检测原理的防夹控制技术方案。结合理论设计和实验测试证明该技术方案能有效解决开关门滑动过程中卡住或夹手的痛点问题,提高了用户体验满意度,并提升了产品可靠性。

Abstract: By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing intelligent anti pinch control technology for air conditioner sliding switch door, the key factors affecting the anti pinch effect and reliability are found out, and the anti pinch control technical solutions based on hall detection principle is proposed. Combined with theoretical design and experimental test, it is proved that the technical solutions can effectively solve the problem of door jamming or hand clamping in the sliding process, improve the user experience satisfaction and improve the product reliability.
