新一级高效变频压缩机创新设计研究

摘要: 2020年国家新一级能效标准全面升级,对于压缩机高性能、低噪音等方面提出新的要求。从容积效率提升、机械效率提升及电机效率提升等方面介绍压缩机高效化创新设计技术;并通过优化消音器、储液器支架结构等技术显著地改善压缩机噪音振动;此外,提出了油槽优化技术,进一步改善保障了压缩机的可靠性。通过采用上述创新设计技术,全新一代高效变频压缩机整体竞争力大幅提升,同时满足国家新一级能效标准。

Abstract: With the upgrading of the new national energy efficiency standard in 2020, thus new demands have been placed on compressor for high performance and low noise. By introduce the high efficiency innovative design technology of compressors in terms of the improvement of volume efficiency, mechanical efficiency and motor efficiency. And by optimized the structure of muffler internal and reservoir bracket, the compressor's noise and vibration have been greatly improved. Moreover, with the oil tank optimization scheme were proposed,the reliability of the compressor is further improved and guaranteed. By adopting these innovative technologies, the quality and competition of new generation inverter compressor has been greatly improved, which can meet the new national energy efficiency standard.
