摘要: 供油系统是旋转式压缩机的关键系统,为了更详尽的了解其细节,对旋转式压缩机的供油系统进行了基于数值仿真和实验的研究。首先,基于流体力学的理论分析,对供油系统的动力源进行了详细的分类,总结出曲轴内部油面高度简单有效的估算方法。然后,建立了基于VOF多相流模型的供油系统仿真模型,同时设计并搭建了供油系统的实验平台,并对仿真模型进行了校准。最后,基于校准后的供油系统仿真模型,对压缩机供油系统的关键细节进行了系统的研究。

Abstract: Oil pump lubrication system is an essential portion of the rotary compressor for its reliability. Utilizing numerical simulation and experiment, this paper studies the oil supply system. Firstly, based on the theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes and gives out the estimation method for the oil level inside the crankshaft. Then, the simulation framework based on VOF multiphase model is established for the oil supply system. After that, the experimental equipment is designed and built, in order to validate the simulation model. The simulation shows good agreement with the experiment. Finally,based on the multiphase model, the key factors of the oil pump system are studied.
