摘要: 本文研究对象为某商用热泵热水器的风道,该热泵产品为了达到精细化的设计,减少前期设计的弯路,我们对该产品的风机风道部分进行了仿真分析,对换热器的设计进行了优化。本文通过CFD仿真分析得到原产品的流场分布,给出改进蒸发器流场的改进意见来提升蒸发器的换热效果,改善气流均匀性,从而在风量相同的情况下实现了能力能效的提升。最后,根据改进意见对产品进行实验,验证了部分结构改进的有效性,证明了通过CFD仿真分析确实能够指导产品设计。

Abstract: The research object of this paper is the air duct of a commercial heat pump water heater. In order to achieve a refined design and reduce the early design of the detour, we have carried out a simulation analysis on the fan duct part of this product and optimized the design of the heat exchanger. In this paper, the flow field distribution of the original product was obtained through CFD simulation analysis, and Suggestions on improving the flow field of the evaporator were given to improve the heat transfer effect of the evaporator and improve airflow uniformity, so as to realize the improvement of energy efficiency of the capacity under the same air volume. Finally, experiments were carried out on the products according to the improvement Suggestions, and the effectiveness of some structural improvements was verified, which proved that the CFD simulation analysis could indeed guide the product design.
