喷淋器及其转速对洗碗机洗净效果的研究

摘要: 喷淋器是洗碗机洗涤系统的重要组成部分,其设计结构对洗净率影响比较大,因而对喷淋器的工作模式和工作状态进行分析和研究,总结转速对洗净率的影响规律,对喷淋器的结构设计提供理论指导具有积极的意义。同时,由于单独优化和调整喷淋器即可提高洗净率,可令能耗和水耗方面得到较大的优化和降低空间,在节能方面亦有所帮助。现对喷淋器的工作过程进行分析、仿真模拟和实验研究,通过对喷孔处水流的力矢量的分析,得到其切向的转速与垂直方向的喷射力度之间的关系;通过仿真图像得到水流的状态分布;通过实验对比组来考察喷淋器在不同的转速状态下对洗净率的影响结果,绘制对比折线图。通过上述的几个步骤,得到喷淋器的基本工作规律,为后期同行业的喷淋器设计提供参考。

Abstract: The spray system is very important to a dishwasher, and the design of the spray arm has impact on the cleaning efficiency of the dishwasher. So it is necessary to study the mode and status of the spray and the rotation impact to the cleaning efficiency. At the same time, the well designed spray could improve the cleaning efficiency and lower the energy consumption and water consumption. We got the values between the tangent of rotation and the vertical water spraying pressure by analysis the working process of the spray, virtual simulation and testing. We got the distribution of the water spraying by virtual images. We got the line chart by analysing different cleaning efficiency from different spray rotation. We got all the information about how the spray is working and gave reference for future dishwasher design.
