反渗透净水机水效提高方法研究

Research on improving water efficiency of reverse osmosis water purifier

摘要: 反渗透净水机由于受水的硬度、废水阀污堵等因素影响,其水效提高受到制约。为了在现有净水机水效基础上再进一步提高,把软化水技术运用到净水机里,通过对比测试,该技术能够降低水的硬度,使净水机的总净水量提升约20.6%,净水产水率提升约15%,从而有效提高净水机的水效。另外,废水阀自清洁技术能够提高阀的耐堵性能,可以减少冲洗水和浓水的排放量,使净水产水率提升约5%,同样也能够提高净水机的水效。

Abstract: Due to the influence of water hardness, wastewater valve blockage and other factors, the improvement of water efficiency was restricted. In order to further improve the water efficiency of the existing RO water purifier, the softened water technology is applied to the water purifier. Through comparative tests, this technology can reduce the hardness of water, increase the total water purification of the RO water purifier by about 20.6%, and increase the water purification rate by about 15%, so as to effectively improve the water efficiency of the RO water purifier. In addition, the self-cleaning technology of wastewater valve can reduce the risk of valve blockage, reduce the discharge of flushing water and concentrated water, increase the water purification rate by about 5%, and also improve the water efficiency of the RO water purifier.
