摘要: IEC 61591-2019标准引入了吸油烟机流体动力效率测试,该测试过程复杂,受测试环境、仪器设备及人员操作等因素影响比较大,所以实验室测量不确定度评定有着重要意义。测量不确定度评定可以提高实验室的检测能力,更好地评定检测结果的可靠性,从而降低实验室错判的发生几率。测量不确定度评定时对测量方法和相关影响因素进行分析,针对影响大的因素进行改进,可以改善和提高测量精度。

Abstract: The IEC 61591-2019 standard introduces the fluid dynamic efficiency test of range hoods. The test process is complex and is greatly affected by factors such as the test environment, equipment, and personnel operations. Therefore, the evaluation of laboratory measurement uncertainty is of great significance. The measurement uncertainty evaluation can improve the laboratory's detection ability and better evaluate the reliability of the test results, thereby reducing the probability of laboratory misjudgment. In the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the measurement method and related influencing factors are analyzed, and improvements are made to the large influential factors, which can improve and increase the measurement accuracy.
