摘要: 电气产品的振动(正弦)试验主要考核测试产品因运输或机械运动产生共振是否能承受各种环境振动的能力。因此,振动(正弦)试验能力验证测试样品需有足够的强度和刚度,其测试样品的制备参照机械类零部件产品的设计方法和要求。首先根据振动试验测试标准确定运动参数以及初步确定测试样品的形状结构,再通过对测试样品建模进行模态分析共振频率值,若在设计范围要求内,进行制备加工,反之在设计阶段进行测试样品结构优化完善,节约了测试样品制备时间和成本,最后进行样品制备加工和测试验证。

Abstract: The electrical vibration (sine) test of the product mainly examines whether the resonance of the test product caused by transportation or mechanical movement can withstand various environmental vibrations. Therefore, the test samples for vibration (sine) test capability verification should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the preparation of the test samples should refer to the design methods and requirements of mechanical parts and components. Firstly, the motion parameters and the shape and structure of the test sample are determined according to the test standard of vibration test. Then, the resonance frequency value of the test sample is analyzed by modeling. If it is within the design range, the test sample structure is optimized and perfected in the design stage, which saves the preparation time and cost of the test sample. Finally, the sample preparation, processing and test verification are carried out.
