拓扑优化在窗式空调电机支架减振设计中的应用

Application of topology optimization in vibration reduction design of window air conditioner motor bracket

摘要: 采用模态分析和拓扑优化相结合的方法设计窗式空调的电机支架,使其固有频率满足减振要求,并尽可能减少电机支架的重量。首先采用ANSYS对电机支架进行模态仿真分析,然后使用B&K设备对电机支架进行模态测试,校核仿真模型的边界条件。在此基础上,对电机支架进行拓扑优化,将固有频率设置为目标函数,减重百分比设置为约束条件。最终优化的结果是电机支架固有频率提高3 Hz,避开了电机旋转频率,电机支架重量减少14%。

Abstract: The method of combining modal analysis and topology optimization is used to design the motor bracket of the window air conditioner, so that its natural frequency can meet the vibration reduction requirements, and the weight of the motor bracket can be reduced to the greatest extent. First, ANSYS is used to conduct a modal simulation analysis of the motor bracket, and then B&K equipment is used to conduct a modal test of the motor bracket to check the boundary conditions of the simulation model. On this basis, the topology optimization of the motor bracket is carried out, the natural frequency is set as the objective function, and the weight reduction percentage is set as the constraint condition. The result of the final optimization is that the natural frequency of the motor bracket is increased by 3 Hz, avoiding the rotation frequency of the motor, and the weight of the motor bracket is reduced by 14%.
