家用电冰箱噪声测量结果的不确定度评定

摘要: 根据CNAS-GL007:2020《电器领域测量不确定度评估指南》,首先介绍了家用电冰箱的噪声测量不确定度评定程序,之后识别了噪声测量不确定度的来源为重复性测量、声级校准器校准、测量系统的声压级测量、测试环境(精密级半消声室)、包络面积与样品运行条件六个方面,接下来针对这些来源结合实际案例进行分析计算得到噪声测量不确定度,其中测试设备的精度对家用电冰箱噪声测量不确定度影响较大。

Abstract: According to CNAS-GL007: 2020 “Guidelines for the Assessment of Uncertainty in Electrical Field”, the noise measurement uncertainty assessment program of household refrigerators is first introduced, and then the sources of noise measurement uncertainty are repeated measurement, sound level calibrator calibration, sound pressure level measurement of the measurement system, test environment (precision semi-silent chamber), envelope area and sample operating conditions. Next, the noise measurement uncertainty is calculated by analyzing these sources in combination with the actual case, in which the accuracy of the test equipment has a great influence on the uncertainty of the noise measurement of the household refrigerator.
