摘要: 目前在油烟机的噪声领域,传统噪声总量级降低已经无法满足用户需求,并且自身产品噪声总量级已与行业水平一致,但在声音的品质方面不能满足用户需求。基于cosmoplat工业互联网平台,搭建油烟机NVH(Noise,Vibration,Harshness)开发评价体系,并应用到生产开发中,提高产品竞争力,实现产品声品质行业引领。

Abstract: At present, in the noise field of the range hood, the reduction of the traditional noise level has not been able to meet the user's demand, and the total noise level of the product has been consistent with the industry level, but the quality of the sound cannot meet the user's needs. Based on the cosmoplat industrial Internet platform, this paper builds the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) development evaluation system of range hood, and apply it to production development, improve product competitiveness, and achieve product sound quality industry leading.
