摘要: 新国标能效标准2020年已经实施,对能效进行了大幅提升,空调产品配置提高,成本提升;同时为了适应国家节能减排效应,提高空调能效,降低空调运行功率;压缩机为空调产品的核心零部件,空调成本及功耗占比最大的零部件,通过对压缩机进行排量降低及单转子化方式,可以降低由于能效提升带来的配置变大、产品成本大幅增加的压力以及空调系统的消耗功率。主要分析单双转子压缩机的区别,给出2匹采用单转子压缩机替代双转子压缩机在压缩机振动以及可靠舒适性方面的设计应用。

Abstract: The new national energy efficiency standard has been implemented in 2020, which has greatly improved energy efficiency, improved air conditioning product configuration and cost. At the same time, in order to adapt to the national energy conservation and emission reduction effect, improve air conditioning energy efficiency and reduce air conditioning operation power. The compressor is the core component of air conditioning products and the component with the largest proportion of air conditioning cost and power consumption. By reducing the displacement and single rotor of the compressor, the pressure of larger configuration, significantly increased product cost and power consumption of the air conditioning system caused by the improvement of energy efficiency can be reduced. By mainly analyzing the differences between single and double rotor compressors, the design and application of two single rotor compressors instead of double rotor compressors in compressor vibration and reliability and comfort are given.
