摘要: 开水煲在加热过程伴随有让人难受的噪声,特别是大功率加热时更明显,降低噪声为现在开水煲主要研究方向。通过研究分析开水煲在烧水不同阶段噪声产生原因,提出降低噪声的三个主要方式,选择研究如何减小气泡尺寸和加快气泡脱离,通过重点计算分析产生噪声的气泡尺寸大小与加热面形状、接触角和表面粗糙度的关系。根据气泡上述相关因素研究拟制在杯体底部采用环形凸起加热结构,并通过测试验证这种结构以及加热面具有较小表面粗糙度在大功率加热时的降噪有效性,此结构具有良好的生产工艺、成本低、加热效率高等特点,与现有产品的钢杯体有良好互换性。

Abstract: The heating process of boiling water cooker is accompanied by uncomfortable noise, especially when heating with high power. Reducing noise is the main research direction of boiling water cooker. By studying and analyzing the causes of noise in different stages of boiling water boiler, three main ways to reduce noise are put forward. How to reduce the bubble size and speed up the bubble separation are selected and studied. The relationship between the bubble size of noise and the shape, contact angle and surface roughness of heating surface is mainly calculated and analyzed. According to the research on the above factors related to the bubble, it is proposed to adopt the annular convex heating structure at the bottom of the cup body, and the test verifies the noise reduction effectiveness of this structure and the heating mask with small surface roughness during high-power heating. This structure has the characteristics of good production process, low cost and high heating efficiency, and has good interchangeability with the steel cup body of existing products.
