摘要: 转子系统共振对电机噪声的影响不可忽略。首先,应用模态仿真及测试方法研究了转子系统对电机结构模态的影响,考虑转子系统模型更能反映电机的实际状态,且低频模态更加丰富;其次,通过谐响应仿真手段分析转子系统共振对径向电磁力空间阶次的敏感性,转子系统共振对空间1阶径向力非常敏感。分析了转子系统共振对气隙、电磁力波的影响,转子系统共振时,会造成动偏心现象,气隙随着时间、空间变化,进而导致电磁力在原有频率附近出现间隔转频的边频、空间阶次±1的附加电磁力。最后,测试验证了仿真分析的准确性。

Abstract: The influence of rotor system resonance on motor noise cannot be ignored. Firstly, the influence of rotor system on the structure mode of motor is studied by modal simulation and test method. Considering the rotor system model can reflect the actual state of the motor better. And the low frequency modes are more abundant. Secondly, the sensitivity of rotor system resonance to the spatial order of radial electromagnetic force is analyzed by harmonic response simulation. The resonance of rotor system is very sensitive to the first order radial force. The influence of resonance of rotor system on air gap, electromagnetic force and noise is studied. When the rotor system resonates, it will cause dynamic eccentricity, and the air gap changes with time and space. Then the electromagnetic force appears near the original frequency, and the additional electromagnetic force of space order ±1 appears. Finally, the accuracy of simulation analysis is verified by test.
