Research and application of electromagnetic simulation analysis method for BLDC motor

摘要: 在振动噪声领域,电磁振动噪声和电磁激励力一直是研究的热点和难点。通过建立电磁力仿真标准模型,得到气隙磁场的三维分布,制订3D FFT的处理流程,确定了电磁力的空间阶次和时间频率两大特性,从而解决了电磁力仿真标准化问题。为了验证本技术的实用性,选取两款电机进行电磁力仿真,测试这两款电机的电磁振动,与电磁力仿真结果趋势进行对比,确定了本方法的准确性。最后在某新品上进行验证,在设计阶段针对性的对原方案进行电磁力优化,最终通过制样电机对比两种方案电磁振动,电机2倍电频电磁振动下降53%,验证了本方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of standardization of electromagnetic force simulation, the three-dimensional distribution of air gap magnetic field is obtained by establishing the standard model of electromagnetic force simulation, and the processing flow of 3D FFT is formulated to determine the spatial order and time frequency characteristics of electromagnetic force. In order to verify the practicability of this technology, two types of mass-produced motors are selected for electromagnetic force simulation, and the electromagnetic vibration of these two motors is tested. The accuracy of this method is confirmed by comparing with the trend of electromagnetic force simulation results. Finally, the electromagnetic force optimization was carried out in the design phase. In the end, through the comparison of electromagnetic vibration of sample preparation motor, the electromagnetic vibration of motor 2f decreased by 53%, respectively, which verified the effectiveness of the method.
