压缩机启动瞬时噪声控制技术研究

摘要: 变频压缩机启动瞬时,由于机芯惯性,压缩机机芯存在迟滞和过冲的现象,导致压缩机启动初期噪音波动明显。另外,变频压缩机启动瞬时制冷系统负载较大,此时转速变化容易导致异常噪音,造成用户体验差。通过研究机芯转动惯性的影响因素,在保证变频压缩机正常启动的前提下,提出一种变频压缩机优化的启动控制方法,将启动瞬时噪声波动控制在2 dB(A)以内,提升冰箱、冷柜运行声品质。

Abstract: When the variable frequency compressor starts, due to the inertia of the movement, the compressor exists hysteresis and overshoot, which results in obvious noise fluctuation. In addition, the refrigeration system has a large load at the stage of start-up, the change of speed is easy to cause the abnormal noise and poor user experience. By studying the influencing factors of movement rotation inertia, on the premise of ensuring the normal start of variable frequency compressor, an optimized start-up control method of variable frequency compressor is proposed to control the instantaneous noise fluctuation within 2 dB(A). Improve the sound quality of refrigerators and freezers.
