轻商冷柜压缩机由定频切换变频时的系统匹配实验研究

Experimental research on system matching of light commercial freezer switching compressor from fix speed to variable speed

摘要: 以某型号不锈钢厨房冷冻柜为载体,分析和实验了制冷系统的压缩机由定频切换为变频时对制冷系统的匹配和对控制系统以及附件能耗的优化,包括压缩机选型、毛细管和制冷剂充注量匹配,以及对化霜控制和辅助部件能耗的优化,并进行了耗电量实验检验匹配和优化措施对能耗的影响。实验结果表明,匹配合适的变频压缩机并对制冷系统进行优化可以降低冷柜的耗电量达到23%,若能对冷柜的控制系统和辅助部件的能耗进行整体优化,能耗可进一步降低达到37%。

Abstract: Based on the experimental research on a stainless steel freezer, the necessary optimization on the refrigeration system, control system and auxiliary components are investigated for the cabinet switching compressor from fix speed to variable speed, including VSD compressor model selection, capillary and charge amount matching, defrost control and auxiliary component energy consumption optimization. Also, the energy consumption tests were carried out to verify the influence of the optimization. The test result shows that well matched variable speed compressor and optimized cooling system could reduce the energy consumption 23%. If plus optimization of control system and auxiliary components, the energy consumption could be reduced 37%.
