内藏式扁管蒸发器在卧式直冷冷柜中的应用分析

摘要: 卧式直冷冷柜多采用内藏式圆管蒸发器,蒸发器与内胆为线接触;扁管蒸发器与内胆为面接触,有效增大了蒸发器与内胆的换热面积。通过调试产品灌注量与毛细管长度发现,采用扁管蒸发器替代圆管蒸发器时产品能耗可降低8.5%。

Abstract: Inner round-tube evaporator is commonly used in horizontal direct cooling freezers, and evaporator is in line contact with the inner. The flat-tube evaporator is in surface contact with the inner, which effectively increases the heat exchange area. It is found that the product energy consumption can be reduced by 8.5% when the flat-tube evaporator is used instead of the round-tube evaporator.
