电机共振噪声的优化

摘要: 电机运转过程中,因风叶的旋转,带动轴承的不平衡产生振动,并通过电机支架传递到墙体,进而在混响室内的墙面产生反射混响,产生低频共振声,引起消费者的不舒适。分析研究空调器室外机电机低频共振噪声,通过噪声源识别和频谱分析,削弱噪声源、优化噪声传递路径和噪声辐射角度,如改善电机结构模态、转速、风叶匹配等措施,有效改善了电机的低频共振噪声,改善声品质。

Abstract: During the running of the motor, the vibration is caused by the unbalance of the bearing driven by the rotating blades, which is transmitted to the wall by the motor bracket, and then reverberation is produced on the wall surface of the reverberation room, and low-frequency resonance sound is produced, which causes the discomfort of consumers. The low-frequency resonance noise of outdoor motor of air-conditioner is analyzed and studied. Through noise source identification and frequency spectrum analysis, noise source is weakened, noise transmission path and noise radiation angle are optimized, such as improving the motor structure mode, speed, blade matching and other measures, effectively improve the low-frequency resonance motor noise, improve the sound quality.
