摘要: 通过R290与R134a、R404A制冷剂优劣势对比,分析出R290制冷剂是最有发展前景的环保制冷剂。本文针对研发R290制冷压缩机常出现的压缩机不启动、卡死等故障进行原因剖析,提出针对性地解决方案,并进行了样机研发,结果表明这些技术措施的应用具有良好的影响效果,很大程度地改善了压缩机的可靠性。

Abstract: By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of R290 with R134a and R404A refrigerants, it is analyzed that R290 refrigerant is the most promising environmentally friendly refrigerant. This paper analyzes the causes of failures such as compressor start-up and stuck in R290 refrigeration compressors, proposes targeted solutions, and carries out prototype research and development. The results show that the application of these technical measures has a good influence effect. The reliability of the compressor is greatly improved.
