摘要: 通过对某型号吸油烟机采集用户状态产品运行参数收集,经数据分析,与实验室状态下吸油烟机主要运行工况对比性能的差异性;并采用数字式人工头在厨房状态下模拟测量该机型不同工况状态下,用户双耳噪声声压级及声品质响度值,阐明噪声值所处区间;然后统计分析用户状态电压分布和实验室标准规定的测试电压差异,给出后续产品性能及研发设计建议。

Abstract: Through the collection of user status product operation parameters of a certain type of range hood, through data analysis, the difference in performance between the hood and the main operating conditions of the laboratory state. The digital human foreman was used to measure the sound pressure level and the loudness of the sound quality of the user's ears under different working conditions in the kitchen, and the range of the noise value was clarified. Then the voltage distribution of user state and the difference of test voltage stipulated by laboratory standard are analyzed statistically, and the performance and development and design suggestions of subsequent products are given.
