摘要: 24 V车载空调是近几年出现的新产品,主要用于工程车、卡车。其比较常见的形式,是与传统家用分体空调类似的背包式结构。车载空调备受卡车司机喜欢,市场占有率越来越高。随之而来的产品的可靠性问题显得尤为重要,特别是在关乎人类生命的电气安全方面。目前来看,淋雨、温升、灼烧是影响产品可靠性最重要的三个因素,但是三个因素的合格条件却又是相互制约的。通过理论分析、软件模拟以及试验测试,成功的找到了最优解。最终验证发现,风场、电控位置、支架的形式,甚至海绵的粘贴位置对电气安全都会产生一定的影响。

Abstract: The 24 V vehicle air conditioner is a new product that has only appeared in recent years, it is mainly used on Engineering vehicle and trucks. It is usually in the form of backpack on the vehicle like the traditional residential split air conditioner. Vehicle air conditioners are popular among truck drivers, and the market share is getting higher and higher. The reliability appears to be particularly important, especially the reliability related to the electrical safety. At present, rain, temperature rise, and burning are the three most important factors affecting product reliability, but the qualification conditions of the three factors are mutually restrictive. The optimal solution is found successfully through theoretical analysis, software simulation, and experimental testing. The final verification found that the wind field, the position of the electric control, the form of the bracket, and even the sticking position of the sponge will have a certain impact on electrical safety.
