摘要: 冰箱风机气动噪声一直是影响冰箱声功率级标称值的重要因素,为了保证制和循环效率,通常需要维持较高转速获得理想风量,导致风机噪声提高,传统降噪方式是采用降低转速或重新开模修改叶片气动效应,如何保证风量的前提下进行风机叶片降噪设计是关键。针对此问题,提出了一种基于NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法的风机叶片降噪方法,对风量进行约束,通过调整叶片安装角、弦长沿径向分布曲线,对某型号冰箱冷藏轴流风机叶片进行了重新设计。结果表明:新风机风量较原风机保持一致,在0~2000 Hz范围内实现气动噪声宽频降噪,且1050 Hz~1200 Hz降幅最大。这为冰箱风机超静音设计提供了一种解决方案。

Abstract: The aerodynamic noise of the refrigerator fan has always been an important factor affecting the nominal value of the sound power level of the refrigerator. In order to ensure the braking and circulation efficiency, it is usually necessary to maintain a high rotating speed to obtain the ideal air volume, resulting in the increase of fan noise. The traditional noise reduction method is to reduce the rotating speed or reopen the mold to modify the aerodynamic effect of the blade. How to design the fan blade noise reduction on the premise of ensuring the air volume is the key. To solve this problem, a fan blade noise reduction method based on NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm is proposed to constrain the air volume. By adjusting the blade installation angle and chord length along the radial distribution curve, the blades of a refrigerator axial flow fan are redesigned. The results show that the air volume of the new fan is the same as that of the original fan, and the wideband noise reduction of the pneumatic noise is realized in the range of 0~2000 Hz, and the largest decrease is in the range of 1050 Hz~1200 Hz. This provides a solution for the ultra-quiet design of refrigerator fan.
