基于TRIZ的无人豆浆机静音破壁技术研究

Research on noise reduction and cell breaking technology of unmanned soymilk maker based on TRIZ

摘要: 家用豆浆机产品长期以来存在噪声大、粉碎不够细腻等技术问题。以某品牌新款无人豆浆机(注:无人豆浆机是指采用了自动清洗技术的全自动家用豆浆机)为例,通过TRIZ工具的运用分析出导致无人豆浆机噪声大的关键原因与粉碎腔体噪声传导结构有关;项目结合实际情况通过样机噪声传导结构的及刀片转速配比的优化,在整机成本增加较小的前提下,将粉粹峰值噪声由79.9 dB降至68 dB,将豆浆粉碎粒径降低到100微米以下。采用该静音破壁技术的豆浆机粉碎细腻、噪声小,大大提升了用户体验。

Abstract: Household soymilk machine have long been noisy, not fine crushing and other technical problems. Taking a new unmanned soymilk maker (note: unmanned soymilk machine refers to an automatic household soymilk maker that can clean itself) as an example. Through the use of TRIZ tools, analyzed the key cause of the noise that is related to the noise conduction structure of the crushing chamber. Combined with the actual situation, the project optimized the noise conduction structure of the machine and the ratio of the blade speed, reduced the peak noise of the machine from 79.9 dB to 68 dB, and reduced the particle size of soybean milk to less than 100 microns. The soymilk maker with low noise and the cell wall breaking technology improved user experience greatly.
